SATELLITE GCC PLANT
Satellite GCC Plant offers the following advantages:

Better control of the qualities of GCC slurries. As the GCC slurries are produced near to the paper mill, the GCC products are therefore "fresher", with no chance for product sedimentation, agglomeration of particles, shorter time to allow any chance for bacterial growth, etc.

Lower pricing for GCC pigments. This can be achieved because of the saving for shorter distance to transport the water in the slurries (between 25%-35% water content). Such savings accumulated per year can be substantial, especially when the distance is very long.

Uninterrupted supply. The logistical problems of GCC slurries supplied over long distances are weather conditions such as thick fog, snowfalls and floods, as well as human conditions such as traffic police checks on overloading and traffic accidents. Such events can interrupt a paper mill's GCC supply, which can be costly. Satellite GCC plants are designed to have marble stockpiles and powder storage warehouse, we can prevent such unwanted problems.
